nate_yuggoth As the name suggests, this could be the soundtrack to a disaster film, and can only be matched by Russian master Eduard Artemiev. Марксэн soars through different moods and tempos throughout the album, from upbeat ("Разбег"), touching ("Проход Через Облачность"), delicate ("Все Позади"), and menacing ("Отказ Двигателя"). And I cannot understate what an awesome compositing "Вертикальная Скорость" is. Watch the 1979 film Экипаж while listening to this for maximum effect. Favorite track: Вертикальная скорость.
